BCPL 2020 STARTUP MEETING TODAY SUNDAY, JANUARY 5!

The Bay County PONY League will hold their Annual Startup Meeting for the 2020 Season. The Meeting will be held at Garber High School on Sunday, January 5 at 1:00 p.m. ALL MANAGERS, COACHES and EXECUTIVE BOARD STAFF are asked to attend.

We have some items to discuss in regards to the Season, Rule Changes and a look at the Background Checks. Also we need to look at the possible team count numbers etc. These are all issues that we need to start anticipating as the Registration process takes off.

Also we need to find out the Team Managers that are returning and the Teams that need new Managers

We will also be discussing our North Zone Tournament for 2020 and a look at the proposed Advertising Rates. This is a critical part of the Tournament Planning.

This meeting is designed for the League Managers. It is open to the Public however there will be no discussion on Players and the Registration itself.
